Executive Assistant / Office Administrator

Must meet the following requirements:
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office programs with ability to troubleshoot minor software issues
  • Ability to quickly learn new software specific to the construction industry
  • Ability to support the Accounting position
  • Job costing experience is a plus, but if no experience with job costing, must be a fast learner
  • A problem solver that is confidant making decisions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to produce quality work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Willingness to work as a team with all employees
  • Prior experience working for a construction company is a plus
